I help guide men in their 50s to rebuild their lives from weight gain, loss of confidence, alcoholism, bankruptcy and other vices that are destroying your life. The rebuild starts with slowly changing habits and building your health and fitness gradually. I can help you become the best version of yourself in your 50s

Because I have single-handedly rebuilt my life in my 50s from bankruptcy, alcohol addiction, weighing 98kgs during Covid and being broke at 52 years of age with not one cent to my name, to today at 56 years of age in the best shape of my life and alcohol free. 4 Step Rural Thai Fitness Training Program

Step 1 - Kick It into Gear

  • Step 2 – Dial It Up 
  • Strategically programmed increase in training difficulty, improvements in diet, becoming more accustomed to discipline.
  • Will have achieved initial benefits of weight loss, improved strength and cardiovascular capability from Kick It into Gear.
  • Will be able to work towards holding  Dead Hang for 15 to 30 seconds, then begin building towards pull-ups, chin-ups and full body dips.

Step 3 – Push Your New Limits

  • Able to push yourself to more extreme levels without risking injury, diet should be settling with only the occasional cheat meal.
  • Will be able to work towards holding Dead Hang over 60 seconds, then complete 10 pull-ups, chin-ups and full body dips.

Step 4 – Full Throttle

  • In many ways this is the most difficult step, but the most wonderful. You have locked in all your disciplines and the rewards are really showing. Here I found my excitement increase because what I had only dreamed about was becoming my new reality, the best shape my body has ever been in 56 years of existence. It is the most awesome feeling. If you follow my steps I will get you there.
– NOTE THE ABOVE ARE JUST EXAMPLES OF DEAD HANG, PULL-UPS, CHIN-UPS AND DIPS CAPABILITIES AND WILL DIFFER FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL.
TIMEFRAMES WILL ALSO DIFFER FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL TO ADVANCE FROM ONE LEVEL TO THE NEXT, THE EXAMPLES ABOVE ARE CONSERVATIVE ESTIMATES ALLOWING FOR STABILITY AT ALL LEVELS TO PREVENT INJURIES.

– ON AVERAGE YOU SHOULD ALLOW 6 MONTHS TO GO FROM OVER-WEIGHT AND OUT-OF-SHAPE TO SHREDDED IN A SAFE MANNER. AGAIN THIS WILL DIFFER FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL.

– RURAL THAI FITNESS PROGRAM COST $2000AUD FOR 3 MONTHS OR $3000 FOR 6 MONTHS 

– VERY LIMITED PLACES AVAILABLE – MAX INTAKE 5 CLIENTS PER MONTH – I AM NOT INTERESTED IN OVER EXTENDING MY CAPABILITIES TO SERVE MY CLIENTS, I TRULY WANT TO HELP GUIDE MEN IN THEIR 50S TO REGAIN, REBUILD AND REDISCOVER THEIR LIVES, HENCE MAX INTAKE 5 CLIENTS PER MONTH.

    Homestay Fitness Training - Coming, available from April 2025

    We are currently building new homestay rooms at our beautiful rural home in Prasat, Surin District, Thailand. I will include photos, updates and all information. Currently plans are finished builders are booked to commence construction in early January. We anticipate 2 to 3 months to complete. As we get closer to completion I will begin taking bookings.
