I will carefully plan the appropriate training load for each client. With the time we allow for training there will be a lot of low-impact cardio, mobility and flexibility work. With this amount of training time we will be able to structure a good introduction to strength training allowing for good recovery between sets and exercises.

I will plan each client’s dietary needs beforehand. Focus will be on clean healthy eating such as fresh fruits, steamed vegetables and steamed chicken. We want to provide you with enough calories for energy to train, but begin your introduction to steady calorie deficit. 

Yes, depending on whether they want training or just come for rest we can accommodate couples. Cost will be cheaper than 2 individuals

I am a very fair and reasonable person and understand life can sometimes require us to change plans. I will work together with all clients to find a fair solution to both parties.
